Our highly experienced and knowledgeable nursing staff is equipped to provide you with exceptional nursing support in the comfort of your home.

Household Tasks

Miracle Health Services' support workers will undertake important tasks that our participants have difficulty performing due to physical restrictions or their disabilities.

The support we provide ranges from simple, practical support with everyday tasks such as cooking, housework, shopping, laundry, paying bills and administrative tasks to assistance with personal care, including washing, dressing, medication, eating meals and even higher-level clinical or nursing support.

Innovative Community Participation

Innovative community participation can lead to improved wellbeing outcomes for people with disability and their carers in relation to health, employment, education and life satisfaction outcomes.

Miracle Health Services will work in partnership with our participants to plan, organise and facilitate mainstream activities that encourage community engagement and social inclusion for our participants.

Our Support Coordinators will assist you with implementing all supports in your plan, including informal, mainstream, and community, as well as funded support.

Assist Travel/Transport

Do you need transport to medical appointments or to go shopping? Perhaps visiting friends or going to the movies? Miracle Health Services provides safe and reliable transportation to help you get to any community, social, work, or daily life activities.

Behavioural Support

At Miracle Health Services, we can help you understand the reasons behind socially inappropriate, challenging, or unsafe behaviours in individuals with disabilities and collaborate to find effective solutions.

NDIS Support Coordination at Miracle Health

Support Coordinators can help you find and connect with different mainstream services.

This could be a TAFE course, a physiotherapist, or even getting a mental health plan through your GP.

They can also help you:

    • Be a part of your community
    • Find and connect with local NDIS supports
    • Understand your NDIS plan
    • Understand your budget
    • Work out the best way to spend your funds
  • Prepare for your NDIS plan review.

SSupport coordinators have the role of building the capacity of the participants to achieve greater independence in direct services and support them in the long term.

How will MHS find out why a person is displaying a certain behaviour?

To begin, we will put together an assessment to help us understand what a person is communicating through different actions.

As part of this, we may:

  • Look at relevant reports
  • Talk with the person and their family or other related networks
  • Spend time with a person in their home, at school, at work, or out and about
