At Miracle Health Services, we provide a variety of fully flexible home care options tailored to meet the individual needs of you or your family members. Our services cater to everyone, from those experiencing disabilities to older adults. Whether you require a bit of extra assistance at home or 24-hour comprehensive care, our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, ensuring a comfortable and supportive living environment.There are 4 levels of Home Care Packages. Each one gives you access to a different budget:
Home Care Package Level 1:
This is for people with basic care needs. You will have access to $10,588.65* per year.
Home Care Package Level 2
This is for people with low-level care needs. You will have access to $18,622.30* per year.
Home Care Package Level 3
This is for people with intermediate care needs. You will have access to $40,529.60* per year.
Home Care Package Level 4
This is for people with high level care needs. You will have access to $61,440.45* per year.
You will learn which level you have after ACAS completed their assessment.
You can then use this budget to pay for the services and supports you need to stay independent in your own home.
*Please note these amounts are reviewed by the Government and change on 1 July every year. These figures are up to date as of 1 July 2024.
Compassionate Home Care Services
Personal Care Support
Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing personalised assistance with all your personal care needs. We offer help with showering and bathing, ensuring your safety and comfort, as well as support with dressing and grooming, including hair styling and skincare. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and refreshed, allowing you to maintain your personal hygiene and appearance with ease.
Transport & Mobility Support
We provide reliable transportation services to ensure you can attend medical appointments, run errands, participate in social engagements, and enjoy recreational activities. Our transport services are designed to make community access convenient and enjoyable, allowing you to connect with your community and engage in daily activities without worry. Whether it’s a trip to the doctor or a fun outing with friends, our team is here to support your mobility needs with safety and care.
Shopping & Community Engagement
We offer support with grocery shopping and community access to help you participate in local events and activities. Our services are designed to encourage an active, socially engaged lifestyle, making it easier for you to connect with your community. Whether you need assistance navigating the store or want to attend a local gathering, our team is here to provide the support you need to enjoy a fulfilling and vibrant life.
Domestic Assistance
Our Domestic Assistance service provides thorough support with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and other essential tasks. We focus on creating a clean, organised, and healthy living space, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable home environment. Our dedicated team is here to help with daily chores and responsibilities, ensuring that your home remains a welcoming place where you can thrive.
Companion Care
Our Companion Care service offers companionship through day respite care, providing friendly and supportive interactions. Companions are available to engage in activities, share conversations, and provide emotional support during daytime hours. This service not only enhances social engagement but also allows caregivers to take a break, knowing that their loved ones are in caring hands. Our goal is to promote well-being and joy through meaningful companionship and enriching experiences.
Social & Welfare Check-Ins
Our Social & Welfare Check-Ins offer friendly visits and wellness assessments designed to provide companionship and monitor your well-being. During these visits, our team engages in meaningful conversations and activities, ensuring you feel connected and supported. We focus on fostering a positive emotional state, addressing any concerns, and enhancing your overall quality of life. Our goal is to ensure you feel cared for and valued in your daily routine.
Event Support
Our Event Support service provides assistance for family gatherings, weddings, and other special occasions, ensuring that clients can attend and participate comfortably and confidently. We offer help with transportation, mobility, and any specific needs that may arise during the event. Our dedicated team is here to support you in enjoying these meaningful moments, allowing you to focus on connecting with loved ones and creating lasting memories.
Medication Support & Health Monitoring
Our Medication Support & Health Monitoring service includes medication prompting and health reminders to help keep clients on track with their healthcare routines. We provide regular check-ins to ensure that you are adhering to your prescribed medications and maintaining your overall health. Our compassionate team is dedicated to supporting you in managing your health effectively, offering guidance and encouragement to help you stay well and informed.
