We offer compassionate support workers and a range of other professionals to assist our participants in achieving greater independence. Our support services are available for people with disabilities in Victoria and Tasmania.

- Delivering Quality Service: We strive to provide the highest quality of service to enhance and sustain the overall quality of life for our participants.
- Flexible and Respectful Care: We ensure that our services are delivered flexibly, attentively, and without discrimination while respecting each client’s rights to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and ability to make informed choices and take risks.
- Respecting Individual Needs: We are committed to honouring each client’s needs and values regarding religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, sexuality, sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood, and disabilities or impairments.
- Personalised Support Matching: We aim to closely match each client with a nominated Support Worker and respect their right to request a change in Support Worker if compatibility issues arise.
- Efficient Support Management: We manage the delivery of support efficiently and effectively, optimising resources to maximise value for the purchaser and participants.
- Participant Involvement: We actively involve participants and Support Workers in the provision, management, and development of our services, regularly monitoring these processes as part of our quality assurance framework to ensure that our services align with the best interests of our participants.
