MHS’s team of professional Case Managers are experienced community services professionals. They ensure that the right mix of services are in place to suit your individual needs, goals and budget.
Your MHS Case Manager will also offer expert advice, make referrals and advocate on your behalf. They are your partner through the community care system. Together with you and your family they will put in place a detailed care plan, monitor your progress and adjust your plan as circumstances change.
Our experienced team of Support Workers are trained in first aid and manual handling. They hold or are completing a Certificate III in Home and Community Care or Disability Care. Where additional skills are required they receive specialist credentialed training.
Thoroughly screened and vetted all Support Workers undergo reference and police checks. You can be confident that with MHS you have a well-trained and caring professional in your home.
Our team is comprised of dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses with a combined experience value exceeding 24 years. Additionally, assisted with the expertise of a Social Worker.
Our team consists of a Registered General Nurse with over 24 years of multifaceted work experience. In fact, our General Nurse possesses extensive experience I managing clients with chronic conditions.
