Registered Nurse
Miracle Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing essential nursing care to NDIS and Aged Care participants. This way they support individual health outcomes, and ensure participants’ well-being in the community. Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe, evidence-based care to achieve individual health outcomes.
- Guide and support enrolled nurses and other team members.
- Participate in clinical governance, policy development, and quality management.
- Monitor and report on client safety and well-being.
- Work closely with clients, families, and health professionals.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- AHPRA-registered Division 1 Registered Nurse with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in wound care, medication management, catheter care, and continence assessments.
- Knowledge of NDIS and HCP funding.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
- Reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
- National Police Check within the last 3 years.
Enrolled Nurse (ENN)
The Enrolled Nurse (ENN) role at Miracle Health Services is dedicated to providing essential in-home care for clients, ensuring they remain comfortable and independent within the security of their own homes. The primary focus is on delivering compassionate and professional care for elderly and NDIS clients, in line with their personal care plans. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily activities like showering, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor health conditions and report any concerns to supervisors and relevant medical staff.
- Follow safety protocols like infection control and manual handling.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with medication, meal prep, and light household tasks.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to service improvement.
- Compassionate, client-focused care.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Safe use of mobility aids, lifting devices, and other assistive equipment.
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
- Experience in elderly care or NDIS client support is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety, manual handling, and infection control
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in personal care and support for clients in their own homes.
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license (if applicable).
- Ability to work with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds.
